Guess what? It's 2:30 AM
So....hi! This is Lauren and Megan! In the middle of our AMAZING sleepover. And due to our sugar induced energy we are still awake. Please blog me guys, because I want to know how your Christmas was. Santa brought me a nano, and unfortunately I wasn't able to use it Christmas day, because I wasn't smart enough to figure it out on my own. (Thank you Scott for helping me!) Sorry this was short, and I'm sure I'll regret any weird stuff I wrote on this in about 6 hours.:)

What a Month!
It's been a pretty crazy month. In fact, it's been so crazy that I really haven't had that much time to talk about it. On Dec. 1st, the D'Velles competed at the Utah Classic. We placed in every category, and it was good to finally start to get a feel for what drill competitions are really like. Basketball and wrestling started up as well so this means that I am either performing or attending a match or a game with the team at least once or twice a week. School has been crazy, and sometimes I feel like I'm barely scraping by, but I still love it! The Christmas dance was last Saturday, and I had so much fun. A big thanks to Ben for taking me!:) and another big thanks to Shannon for lending me a beautiful dress. I'm going to try to post pictures so that you can see it. I've been sick this past week, but I've kind of had no choice but to suck it up. D'Velles will be performing in Rick Robinson's Evolutions of Dance at the end of January. This has meant 3 amazing guest choreographers and a huge exercise in memory this last week. Our routine honors the 60's with a combination of jazz, ballroom, and hip hop to 2 of James Brown's most famous songs. I hope that this Christmas Season is filled with joy for you and your loved ones. I think that Christmas makes me miss everything a little more. I miss all of you who have moved away, all of our good memories together, and it makes me look forward to more! Merry Christmas, and I hope to talk to all of you soon.
